Am also ex cheras lang, fedup and how cheap also I won’t choose / stay @ cheras/ kajang/semenyih liao...
The traffic is sibeh sibeh jialat. Except u choose mrt else, happy jialat jamming go and back from kl... IS REALLY SIBEH JIALAT JAM

Now stay KL condo, but searching for Kv landed house.
Cheras really very jialat.... not kidding....

Everywhere also jam but cheras one I cannot accept la even I stay for 3-4 years since damai perdana completion....

project list wise.... for north actually still have a lot of choices.

previously i consider EA, setia alam, pkns, bukit raja, elmina and alot more...
but the price VS the built up... BSC still win a bit la .

setia alam capita is last piece of land lo.. but very near to TOP Glove factory if u guys can notice...
pkns also not much choice.. bukit raja also can but also small a bit ...


so im full focus on bsc now, going to visit very soon. because i have new born. so abit not convenience to bring my wife together...


south part. have new project too, like kajang recently very hot "888" and "garden house" . cheap and big.

and actually i dont care it built beside jail or what, i do not affect us... the main concerns is like my previous comment... cheras/kajang's jam is unacceptable.... bukan main main....

Cheras kajang semenyih to KL not much choices...
Most of the time u will have to pass through the road in front viva home. If peak time police will open 1 more extra path at opposite road . Even that also jam. Once that road close up. Lagi jam. And in front viva home is always jam super jam unpredictable jam unacceptable jam . The whole journey from or to KL is really :&(@;@/£;@?...
Well people will say why don’t take mrt... but overall is up to u if u want to take mrt ... to my working place will be around 1-1.5 hours with human jam during peak time at mrt....

I know there will be new highway ekve... but izzit really very effective, I don’t wan to comment ...
new mrt I also don’t see the jam decrease...

North part having more relax traffic compare to south.
And more path or alternate to reach your destination... and house bigger ... not pack like cheras kajang semenyih....

That’s my findings so far.
Alr full focus to aim north But always bear in mind . There is always gives and takes and see what is your top list la... personal view doesn’t means the rules for everyone...

Maybe some people like jam:)

This jam is also suffered by those staying in towns. We pay much more for petrol, tol and car servicing but how else to own a big spacious home. The price at BSC is half of town properties! I am talking of a 1/2 million savings.
3. Many think that BSC is insignificant but it is actually a huge grand town looking modern new housing project in a rural setting. It’s main entrance look outwins even Desa Park City, an expensive area 1/2 way nearer to Petaling Jaya.

all the mamak, kfc and mcd are not exactly got the tick from heart foundation.

but please don't compared other properties nearer to PJ or KL...….there are reasons why they priced at that level compared to BSC.
