I should hopefully be getting my keys for Hemingway soon so am looking for recommendations for contractors for simple renovation work and also someone that can help with kitchen cabinets.

With lockdown it's been hard to drive around and find people that cover that area.

banyan 2 semi d selling around 800k, banyan 1 around 700k

So is it right to say for previous launch, only banyan 1 and 2 had semi-d ?

I know it is bigger but what was hemingway semi d launch price?

most banyan 1 & 2 is 40 x 80, hemingway semi d from 40 x 100, last price saw it selling from 1.1m onwards

Its worth it compare to other nearby township with similar price range and built-up. Currently it might not be the best option in terms of location. But if you can wait, expect the location to be improve within a few years time.
