Hi Everyone, will be moving as into Hemingway. Any future neighbour here?
Got one of the Semi-D units. The place looks so calm and serene, Can't wait to get the keys handed over to move there. Looking forward to a great neighbourhood and new friends. |

According to KLK, all their future projects in BSC are going to be bungalows and semi dās. Hoping the subsale market for the link houses (Areca, Bromelia etc.) picks up since thereāll be no competition anymore for that segment in BSC. I think it's because property isn't their core business so they're being really complacent and BSC is probably a >20 year township development so they're taking their own sweet time for occupancy to rise and for nature to take its own course. With the VP of Hemingway and Hampton in the near future, occupancy will continue to improve and hopefully amenities will follow suit. They've already lit up the central park in recent years. I'm hoping that they will do more to improve the entrance and replace all the street lamps with LED lamps.
