Visited Hemingway and BSC has now improved a lot compared to my last visit in 4 years ago.

Hopefully LBS and EcoWorld could help to boost up the area in terms of commercial activities with the growing number of tenants existing in Puncak Alam, Sg Buloh, and BSC.

Very tempting with Hemingway phase 2.

launching in Q2 next year it seems with mixture of bungalow, semi-D and superlink DSL. price will be more expensive than Hemingway today for sure but location is on higher ground.

Hemingway currently has the show unit ready for phase 2 though based on phase 1 actual unit in view that both phases r same design so not much different.

Which one that you got?

my family voted out Hemingway over Ixora 2. very good sales strategy deployed by the agents there to show u Hemingway first and then Ixora 2.
