At first, we also found that this place is very far away. Finally decided to pay a visit and finally book a house here after compare with most of the landed property available. Township with freehold, low maintanannce fee, spacious house, big extra land and big car park, if all these apply in the house which is nearer to the town, the price of the house is really high. If you have a lot of bullet sure not problem to get a big house in the town, but like me not enough bullet then here will be a good choice. 😊

Any factory nearby? I'm comparing Setia Alam and this area. As I know Top Glove is just next to Setia Alam housing area.

near alam jaya have some light factories... but still around 5km away from BSC.... and along the same road of Jln KSK... there is the famous sg buloh prison....

once you move in, you just need some time to get used to it.
in the beginning you will feel suffer cause the distance, but after sometime should be ok.
the main concerned after 2 years stay is only getting Chinese food is not easy around this area. hahahahaa

I just would like to ask whether any residents in BSC are facing problems with wall cracks and such? is there anything we can do with it? one of the houses we bought have the issue and another is starting as well... apparently it's not our fault it cracked, and i was told the agreement for defects handover has ended in year 2017..
