Which Eco commercial thrives after VP? Basically the commercial is just part of the property sales, not a booster.

The labs are temporary setup, and only meant for F&B

The Sanctuary Mall actually completed after residential, even Mercearia grocer just opened last year Q3.

Sp Setia has better proof of concept in this sense for KV.

And Sime don't advertise gao gao as township developer.

Elements of Ardence Labs are not real structure or commercial setup. But Sanctuary Mall and its shoplots yes. Same goes to Ivoris & Whitten, however it just doesn't thrive.

I don't think MOST township development of SP Setia are going downhill, at least the major ones are still perform better than EW esp in commercial segments.

For SIME, they don't build doesn't meant it is bad to them. It is just part of their go-to-market strategy.
