Are u referring to the sub sale in BSC or the house u buy in cheras? BSC got new launch also with rebates & etc. The price is about the same as Elmina but with a larger built up and gated.

Mine just received notification for progress payment claim for internal and external finishes, now only left for external work for completion. Quite fast work done, vp is on April next year, might hand over earlier.

Went to the site today, seem like hibiscus 2 work already commenced. Friend of friend of mine inform that he already secured a unit. The location of hibiscus 2 is just beside senna.

Direct entrance/exit at which area bro? I thought the only entrance/exit from bsc to LATAR is via Jln Kuala Selangor which is about 3km to the highway.

How much the different between your price and the latest price? Is it same type? Last I checked Ixora type 2 is more expensive than type 1 but type 2 come with free MOT where else type 1 only got 50% discount on MOT. but i think it is normal lah developer do that when the sales is slow. If the sale is good, they will increase the price and as a later buyer, cant complain also what laugh.gif

VP expected by April 2017, sales very slow lah for Ixora, about 60% sold only compare to previous phase Senna which sold very fast when launched.

Currently, price for Ixora increase already to 668k before discount. Last time only 2% discount right? Now discount 5% but your purchase price is still lower because last year price was 630k. Just that u had to fork out more down payment since s&p price is based on price before discount/rebate. No?

For shop, front row got speedmart, clinic, grocery shop, 2 kedai makan, dobi and several shops, cant remember much.
