No...i thought base on the amount of apartments condos and landed being approved and under construction...one can forecast the night populations by 2019/20.

there is about 30k units highrise built in cyberjaya and 4k units landed, those are still excluding rumah selangorku and Prima house and shoplot.. as far as i know, budget house under govrn are having a very good sold out, so this is definitely increase the pop, which their complete around 2018.. but now how to calculate night pop?

I just knew their target at 210k population towards 2020, now 2016 i think they already achieved 100k pop target, or else McD wont come in cbj..

tell me also, many years back, how many residential available at cbj to acommodate the night population? as of 2013 total high rise in cyberjaya only max 4k units, and landed was around 500 units... so meaning less than 5k units of houses in cyberjaya, in 7000 acres land, how do u expect see population during those time? to count it roughly, 5k x 4person its only 20k population, you can see only 3 person in 1 acres of land...

I think night population is no longer an issue its only weekend it's quite deserted. Cyber is the few places where restaurants don't open on Sunday's because low number of customers.

cyberjaya take 20 years to accomplish 100k population, what make this 110k in 4 years?

Well based on calinda's estimation of 30k condos + 4k landed...the population of cyber does has the capacity of reaching (30+4) x 4 = 136k.....excluding affortable homes. However i am not sure if all 30k highrises are proper 'resi' or mere 'opis'....

I digged further briefly with my trusted google and found that only 17k of highrises expected in cyber and not 30k...therefore max. Population in cyber could just be 100k or thereabout.

Anywhere whether its 100k/200k or even 400k nighy population...am sure cyber van only go north as of now...remember mcd is coming...so does everything else....

As a future resident my deep selfish thought is the residential population don increase so much. I am happy that the day population is high enough to sustain and bring more good business in here and at night and weekend let this place have some peace and quiet as what a residential place should. Do I aspire this place to be congested like PJ or Puchong day and night?? Honestly no lo.

Great! Myself also considering to move there in the future. Target by 2018 hopefully

I just know that, since 2014, population increase a lot.. 200k population is ambitious, but do-able...

Am more interested to know the total numbers of units available for dwelling by 2020 from here we can guestimate the max capacity cyber has in terms of residents....

The above report only guestimate day time population, from my understanding.
