Which of the condos in Cyberjaya, both existing and in construction provide best value for rental investment purposes? A lot of MNC in Cyberjaya is cutting manpower.
Student market will still be there. Expatriates will be reducing as well due to the MNC restructuring process. Not sure how many Local Malaysian renting in Cyberjaya |

Can't just use example of auction to make such statement , but the overall market us weak to a certain which is expected given the distress economy and poor fundamental in this countries. Too many GLCs , too little tax paying resident , too much wastage and corruption, lack of competitiveness and productivity , lack of skilled talents.
