With the tenant from putrajaya, now i know garden hold one advantages over other highrise deep into cyberjaya
Garden is the at the border and its nearest to Putrajaya as told by my tenant

And it is cheap compared to the previously the tenant rent 2800 for 6 persons. now they rent for 2 units 1000 each

common stay there,, i will be staying there once verdi is completed....
now working days buzzling like hell..

I have survey, we have non halal roasted shop x2, mee non halal x1, japanese, korean, vietnam, x1 in glomac cyberjaya, and they are all full during lunch time...

slowly picking up.....as most of the development VP almost same time.. we shall see..
but its confirm the crowd is huge gap compared to working days.. no place to park especially near f&b places

stage one master developer trying too hard to develop everything themselves they only build offices, without living environment and commercial

stage two master.developer sold land to many big players. this is what we see and suddenly complain too many highrise and etc...

u mus make sure u can make it into contra lane to bypass the kuchai lama junction. contra lane close at 9am
and u must make sure you arrive mex toll tun razak after 9 10am. before that it quite jam..heheheh

PJ is blacklisted area for Cbj... got choice, choose not to go during peak hour,
u take LDP, die, take Federal also die, take MEX exit anywhere also die....
At least 50 minutes
