Yes sound attractive as is still hot from the Oven ,price is just right within my budget , i have no idea on what is the market price in Cyberjaya, will probably go there and take a look on the area this sunday, need do more homework as is my first property..lets see if it a good buy..

ATM, i can see mixture in Cyberjaya, not really malay area. There will be a chinese school in LakeFront township next to Setia Eco Glades. Target operating in 2018

There will be Government Hospital by 2018 and I heard a medical centre will be part of Cyberjaya City Centre development. Korean school not so sure, will find out. Currently have in Cyberjaya is ELC International. Kirkby and Nexus is also nearby. The one that I know coming to Cyberjaya is Christ College Brecon.

If u say cyber got no Chinese food, it is bcos u r not familiar with Cyberjaya. I easily can name you 4-5 Chinese non halal restaurant in Cyberjaya

but you know what? Beer Express factory at Burger king there, they mixed the beer with water.. its tasteless.. like drinking water, even though you are ordering draft beer... the quality are too poor, that's why unable to attract people.. i think cannot open long..
