Cyberjaya for sure no longer a ghost town...a lot of cars even during weekend and many ppls moving in to new development....friends shared mainly from puchong and putrajaya. Maybe different dev attract diff ppls...some parents moved in for the school like nexus and even epsom.

Aiya talk about prediction and assumption can talk till the cows come home. Let's talk about something solid. Any idea when Village Grocer will open its doors? Autoville seems rather slow in getting occupancy. The McD site is undergoing aggressive renovation maybe ready to open doors by end of the year. What else new and exciting?

Down side I think some major companies downsizing or moving their operations to low cost countries. And this is not confined to Cyber alone ie BAT closing their operations in PJ. Anyone got a list of who has gone out and who has come in for Cyber?

any owners here have untenanted fully furnished unit in cyberjaya to rent out for 3 months? Oct to Dec... temporary renting due to renovation... need min 2 rooms...

this guy are exactly like the previous guy saying tenant will move out once renewing contract time at dpulze.. and now all those guys are missing and very quiet... only time can prove..

I can only say that parking in d pulze is getting more difficult nowadays and d pulze as a community is really excellent with good tenants mixed!

Looking forward the VP of tamarind Sq.
another great place to shop at village grocery that is 5 times the current d pulze jaya grocer.

CBD 3 - anyone knows what's the status?

nice.. we have new place to grocer around april next year.. oh ya... forgot to add, village grocer will add the population in cbj also... so for those who think, where the population are coming from... this is one of the add on at population..

McD at Prima Avenue there.. existing Maybank, beside CIMB, beside OldTown white coffee... beside Prima Sports complex
