Google play store always force closed. Any solution? Already upgraded to 7.0.12.0 stable.

This issue havent solve on this 7.0.12.0 update but my RN2 playstore still usable. Just ignore the error sweat.gif and my Rn2 never force close playstore. Only show playstore not responding error when restaring the phone.

I also want to check with them whether it's really cash refund into my credit card or store credit like Zalora. I want cash so that I can place order with Mi Malaysia.

Will also ask them if it's possible for them to replace a Mi Malaysia set for us, other than refund method. I also hope that it's a technical issue that our IMEIs are not updated on their system.

One thing to confirm whether our units are local or not is to check whether it comes with global or China rom. okuribito can u check urs since u have opened it? Thanks in advance.

And also those who have bought from Lazada, kindly make a call to them to reflect the situation. More complaints received should yield more concrete actions from them.

If refund, if you use credit card, they will refund to the credit card. Even though if you keys in your bank account. That's what they done last time when I do refund. I use credit card and They refund back to my credit card even though I also gave the bank acc.

thumbup.gif global or china rom?? actually me totally blur when it come to tech. how to check arrrrr?

btw, i check their returns & refunds page but dun understand their "For which reasons can I return an item?" matrix. If in my case already opened, which reason will apply? Website-incorrect content??

hahaha - the reason i might wanna return for full refund is that they are blardy cheating... hehehe assuming they did not make a mistake in getting the IMEIs onto xiaomi malaysia's database lah

hehe reallly zaaar lunnnn dou (any canto speakers out there?) go checkout zalando.com... it's the mother of zalora.com & uncle of lazada.com tongue.gif

LHMMICI "MM" is global ROM according to posts in the previous thread.

If that's the case, the theory of IMEI not updated seems increasingly likely. Because our Lazada units are original (non-fake), from Hong Kong (with the sticker) and preloaded with global ROM. They are identical as Mi Malaysia units only without the confirmation from Mi that it's covered under their warranty.

xakarix84 Do you have the service card from Mi like what was posted in a pic a few pages back?

Thanks for sharing. Your charger is also UK 3-pin type? If yes, then it's definitely not looking like AP China set. Only thing is that warranty is still undetermined for now.

HK uses 3-pin like us whereas Taiwan uses 2-pin like the US/Mainland.

I'm just thinking maybe the HK set is considered the global set since they all have the HK safety sticker, 3-pin plug and pre-loaded with global ROM.

Before I decided to get RN2, I was looking at lazada's lenovo a6000, a7000 with official lenove m'sia warranty. How about warranty on those devices ? May be you guys can check with them at lenovo a6000 or a7000 thread?
