Bro, if you are on the phone with them tomoro, try ask them ... maybe they hv arrangement with xiaomi msia but not updated our IMEIs on their system yet? Also ask if they can replace with xiaomi m'sia sets

I also want to check with them whether it's really cash refund into my credit card or store credit like Zalora. I want cash so that I can place order with Mi Malaysia.
Will also ask them if it's possible for them to replace a Mi Malaysia set for us, other than refund method. I also hope that it's a technical issue that our IMEIs are not updated on their system.
One thing to confirm whether our units are local or not is to check whether it comes with global or China rom.
