Each user uses it differently, that why have different encounter.  I try tethering it drain fast

So far my WiFi working,  and is switch on 24x7, poor reception sure will drain battery fast because the phone try search and search network.

Notification so far OK,  email working. Whatsapp sometime clog  that so far experience on my previous s2, honor 3c too,  possible is android issue not related to this phone.

Is your phone rooted? Try with a different card?

What were you trying to do with your sd card anyway? For me I just dump media files and apks on it.

That shouldn't be a problem. What's the spec of your card? I am using 64GB CL 10 without any issue. May be you can try to format the card into FAT32. Backup your files using pc 1st, after format move files back to the card and try with your phone again.

guys, deciding between RN2 or RN2 Prime...

for RM70 diff between those 2.. does Prime really worth the extra RM70?

If I were you I will try the card with other phone (preferably another MI phone), and try other card on your phone. Last resort, format the card and try again.

but when i discovered Mi own 'File Explorer' can do what i wanted, i.e. transfer file/photos/folders to the sd card, i just resort to using it instead. and uninstall 'File Manager'

Just got my Redimi Note 2.

Is it just me or its damn difficult to open the back cover.

Don't understand the instructions.

Won't pushing down on middle of back cover results in bends, etc

Anyone got fast and simple method. Redimi 1 very simple cos there was gap in the cover.

Why the back case got a layer of shiny stickers? What's the use? Got nfc?

The Charger is 2A, same as my Mi3 / MiPad. Problem is the Cable isn't (not sure for RN2), mine only support max 0.5A Switch another cable only can get high current input..
