yah i worded it wrongly, thanks for the correction.

The current program is Buyer get Buyer 2% + 2% of net purchase price

ill (the earlier buyer) get 2% extra rebate on my purchase and the new buyer will get extra 2% on top of the discount package currently offered

I just bought an unit in Block D, facing facilities.. other side abit hot..
I'm quite happy with my purchase but although its abit expensive or higher than normal..
the 2% rebates does helps! i'm recommending my friends to buy too..
My agent are fast and direct.. wanna share to get this extra 2%?

Block D is indeed facing west and east.. Good view facing east.
Which size you bought? the 977 or big one?

Next is they will launch the RumaWIP nearby.
Facility not shared with the existing premium buyers. Their facility will be very basic and size more smaller.

New ruling by gomen probably. Everytime u are goven landbank to develop u need to set aside some land for affordable housing to be develop.

If buy from developer pay little down payment, free spa, etc. Why need to buy from subsale vendor? Cheaper than developer?
