Definitely land will have to be taken back by the state to widen the road. Majority of the "houses" built there are illegally constructed by the squatters. Currently, some of the squatters' door step is about a meter from the road.

However, they are quite smart to play the racial and political card. This road will have some difficulty now to build.

Hi All,

I'm interested in the project. Just saw about this project at One U yesterday as Mah Sing had a road show for all their projects.

Anyway, just found out that its a serviced apartment, hence commercial rates for utilities. Would like to ask if its possible for it to be converted to residential units ? If yes, any idea if it will be converted?

Kinda bumped that its a serviced apartment cause the utility rates are quite high.

What I know the electricity could be converted to residential rates by applying thru TNB .For water , it depends if it is bulk meter or individual . This need to find out

Yeah for TNB very likely will convert to residential rates ya.

But for water I think can't.

In anycase electricity more expensive than water so I think that's a silver lining dy. smile.gif

In the first two pics, don't you think the distance between the 2 towers are a little too close for comfort? Allowed?

That's to encourage neighbours to be mindful and close. So could jump on to next block without having to take a lift. A New initiative.

Seems like a Mah Sing standard gap. Their project in SG Buloh, I think it's called sentral is also exhibiting the same

9.25m is about 28ft away which is narrower than typical street 40ft width

But I think it will be a bit claustrophobic with 38 floor of condo looking each other.
