Hi All,
I'm interested in the project. Just saw about this project at One U yesterday as Mah Sing had a road show for all their projects.
Anyway, just found out that its a serviced apartment, hence commercial rates for utilities. Would like to ask if its possible for it to be converted to residential units ? If yes, any idea if it will be converted?
Kinda bumped that its a serviced apartment cause the utility rates are quite high.

But for water I think can't. In anycase electricity more expensive than water so I think that's a silver lining dy.
