This area mostly landed 2 storey area...

If u pusing2 inside the traffic condition is very good...

Less car... Road condition also ok...

Only when exiting jalan kuching you would start to notice busy traffic

All the units almost taken up.

Next is they will launch the RumaWIP nearby.
Facility not shared with the existing premium buyers. Their facility will be very basic and size more smaller.

Affordable apartment from 800sqft+ beside Lakeville is nearing launch. Priced from rm330k-450k iinm. You guys can start to register for queuing. If not sure how to register can pm me.

Sorry im not sure its under rumawip or prima but mgmt indicate it is affordable housing.

with max income household is set quite high but cant make it public here as still waiting confirmation.

Not official news yet but basically its Lakeville residence tower 7. But it will have its own parking lot complex(not joining other premium tower). And the facility deck is smaller and more basic(not as premium as the other lakeville facility)

Register first online.

Once you have register, arrange a viewing with the staff there and fill up booking form, made cheque/cash/card pymt cor booking.

Then we will arrange our panel banker to process ur loan and assign legal team to handle ur s&p.

Once Letter Offer come out you can choose unit by balloting onthe launch date this end of March.

Er ya 😅. S&p and loan agreement legal fee also buyer need to pay for themselves.

Usually that buy either saves a lot of money or parents sponsor.

HAha....usually if u have this much cash....better direct hunt subsale.....coz 15% upfront cash for 300k prop u can hunt many sell below market value....
