He should aware that Gross construction cost (GDV) also increased by atleast 20%.
A lot Building contractor doesn't want to work with them anymore since both their top management (Lim and Hong) resigned...

Just curious your comment ,how the company could be affected due to changes in top management? . I think MS could get jobs done by paying higher or business partnering with China contractors

What cause the rise in construction cost? Cement, sands, steel, tiles? When did the developer award the main contract?
