Basically apart from the 10% you get from rebate, you get additional 2% more..

What do you mean by First agent?

Agent can't jack up price as they Don't own the condo and they cant play with it..

Rebate/Discount package are based on developer side..
It varies for different blocks..

300k sounds affordable.. however there are certain criteria(s) you have to met in order to eligible.

805 sq ft for 300k with 1 Carpark..
