Typical re agent trick, won't be surprise he will calls you one day to tell you; someone else is interested in your unit; if you don't sign by the end of the day or next morning, it will be given away.

It seems this project is within sight of mrt station and track. may be ms will build a suspended bridge over the lake to have direct access to mrt station.

given size of and amount of debris on the lake, it will take load of effort to keep it clean.
