I can safely guarantee you there will not be overhead bridge to the station. Too costly but more importantly this was the criteria set by dbkl pursuant to the land purchase previously.

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Jun 17 2016, 09:00 PM) ms substituted bridge to mrt station with shuttle bus? If not wrong is for a period of 2 years. Joints collaboration between dbkl and mah sing. Intervals like 30 minute if not wrong. shuttle bus incur operating cost, bridge doesn't, bridge doesn't need to collect ticket to sustain. how long will ms operate this shuttle bus? what is the frequency of this shuttle bus? unless operate at 10 to 15 minutes intervals else unlikely to be popular. Well bridge is gonna be damn expensive. They did the maths. Not sure about the costing. |

Hello guys,
I'm an existing buyer for Block D, Lakeville ya. Would like to introduce the following referral scheme ya to potential new buyers. Whereby you can get up to 2% extra rebate. That's on top of 10% existing rebate given by Mah Sing! QUOTE New BGB (Buyer Get Buyer) package You will get additional 2% cash from the Nett Selling Price, on top of the 10% existing rebate from Mah Sing. Example: New buyer purchase unit RM900,000, Bumi discount 5%= 45,000 SPA price = 855,000 Rebate 10%+2%= 102,600 - (RM10,000d/p)= 92,600 total rebate Nett price= 752,400! *Limited for 1st 100 new sales only *hurry up, and pls PM me if you have interest ya! |

QUOTE(dunstan92 @ Nov 7 2016, 08:40 AM) Hi All, Yeah for TNB very likely will convert to residential rates ya.I'm interested in the project. Just saw about this project at One U yesterday as Mah Sing had a road show for all their projects. Anyway, just found out that its a serviced apartment, hence commercial rates for utilities. Would like to ask if its possible for it to be converted to residential units ? If yes, any idea if it will be converted? Kinda bumped that its a serviced apartment cause the utility rates are quite high. But for water I think can't. In anycase electricity more expensive than water so I think that's a silver lining dy. |
