dun easy fall to the yes40 voucher. make sure u check market price, compare with other online web especially lelong before u buy. i noticed gemfive many items is higher price, hence even after very good discount, its actually more the same as lazada rm600 less rm100 voucher which lazada releases quite often. and in lazada u still can check its manufacturer warranty or local supplier warranty. gemfive im not sure u sure what u buying not. just b careful

Bought a Cooler Master G550M power supply from GEMFIVE. They send me a Elite 550 power supply. The merchant is Aone Plus. WTH! The invoice there written G550M and they send me Elite 550! Yes i've contacted GEMFIVE but they said their Customer Service team will only reply me on Monday because Sat and Sun offday. I noticed both of these items' price tag was markeup up now on Gemfive website. I suspect this Aone Plus merchant don't want to sell it at that cheap price so they send me a lousier product. F them, i prefer them to simply cancel my order and refund the money rather than sending a lousy product to me.

Email to courier company, complain their website tracking service is not working, they just reply failed to deliver yesterday and will try today. I asked why failed since everyday got people at the given address waiting to receive parcel. Email to Gemfive, no reply. Guess this will be my first and last shopping at Gemfive. |

Ooh thats fast. Mine no where to be seen, status still 'processing'.
