I made an order on 15.11.2015, today 20.11.2015 no where to be seen yet.
Email to courier company, complain their website tracking service is not working, they just reply failed to deliver yesterday and will try today. I asked why failed since everyday got people at the given address waiting to receive parcel. Email to Gemfive, no reply. Guess this will be my first and last shopping at Gemfive. |
