Yeah right. Try to download that this morning multiple time for the 3000 coupons but ended up "An error has occurred. Please try again". I try like 20 times. Can't even download. Good job 11street.

11street wont be that successful due to merchant quality . they dont control merchants ....

i encountered the worst kind, super selowww to ship and made worst with the lack of communication....on my FIRST purchase on 11street...demmmmm

i made the most juvenile mistake when buying online, ie didn't read the reviews/Q n A section b4 buying.
bought cat food 7 days ago on 11street. till today still order processing, not yet ship. fyi, it took them 3 frakking days just to change status to order processing, and that is after i shoot some gentle reminder via 11street customer service.

waited for a week, still my item is not shipped. today went to that page again to whack the seller. apparently there's many before me who had to suffer SUPER SLOW SHIPPING. yg dah tunggu sebulan barang tak sampai2 pun ada.
i'm not an unreasonable buyer, but if u got problem in shipping out ASAP, just let us know lah.
communication is everything. but this...didn't even have a courtesy to attend to queries posted by irate buyers let alone sending out emails beforehand that there'll be slight delays due to whatever reason.
