If the merchant is Seng Heng, you have no worries. If not, might cause delay.

So far bought a lot of stuffs, the fastest is around 3-4 days delivery, the slowest is more than a week.

GEMfive discounts are still cheaper than outside.

Guys, I just realised that GEMFive had bumped up the price. Some items from RM220 becomes RM249, RM790 to RM899, etc etc. Price not really attractive now unless they offer another 30-40% discount.

Usually the email alert "your order is on the way" contains the tracking ID and the shipping company.

Ninjavan just called me regarding my order last week. They told me my item will be delayed for another week because their van was ROBBED!

Update: GEMfive just called me and informed that they need to replace the stolen items, that explains the delay.
