U cannot take ur case to defend the seller, go search there is bunch of external hdd they selling 1 yr warranty only. Y they only offer one yr not the manufacturer declared 3 yrs?
And u defending them bout return of warranty by poslaju withour a cent. Lazada offering return by poslaju within 3 days (my experience), why gemfive havent reply anything regarding my faulty monitor, over a week dy. And im saying we online buyer hope wat we receive is mostly good condition, and aone plus certainly have many bad cases here at lowyat forum, not yet include those who didnt share their issue here. And u keep defending them by explaining how convenient can "claim warranty/rma" from them. The different of our point is, i highlight bout they sent faulty product or incorrect product issue, n u highlight their good rma/warranty

what i am sharing is my good experience with them. what you are sharing is your bad experience with them. it's up to reader here to judge for their own should they be buying from gemfive or not.

i choose not to deal with gemfive for any rma cos i know their response is slow ( will takes up to 2 days to respond our email ) that's why i chosen to deal direct with the merchant. the receipt is printed with the merchant detail. and yeah i have made a new friend with Aone Plus's warehouse staff during my rma process previously. he even gave me his hp so i can call him directly for any issue with my purchase....i guess my interpersonal communication skill is better here?
