Gemfive status and email shows as delivered.....pos laju tracking shows collected over counter.

But nobody in my house seen the pos laju man at all nor go collect from poslaju.

Like i said before, its not my first time buying online..... you tell me la from poslaju status below .....



If poslaju is wrong, then what about order status from GEMFIVE website that shows as DELIVERED ?

So now have to go thru customer service query and investigation blah blah blah

At least they should drop the NOT AT HOME notice ..... but nothing .....

and again i repeat..... why would GEMFIVE acknowledge as DELIVERED ?

If DELIVERED means shipped, then what is the next status when customer receive item?

Interested in gemfive dolce gusto promo, but think their first 50 customers t&c is dumb...customers like me wouldnt know how much left and wont dare to order.
