the mob300 not applicable to note5? why am i still seeing the note5 under the voucher code?

I bought it with the mob300 code so is basically rm2200 only. My only concern now is whether is it a reputable seller or who is the seller.

My order for note5 stuck in processing since last Friday. Can someone tell me how to track it? I mean is it useful if I call gemfive since they also see what I see. I'm not buying the note5 from the Sen Heng but the 2500 one because Sen Heng out of stock for silver. Help pls. Or anyone who know that is selling the rm2500 note5 last week please tell me.
