how is the job changing process for EP?
1) do medical at new company
2) new company apply EP
3) EP approved and current company get notified?

When should i inform my boss? between 2 and 3 or after 3?
When should i handover my current EP and change to new EP?

MOM medical if not mistaken, the result is valid for 2 years, unless the company require their own medical checkup, not every time need to do checkup.
EP part...duno, nvr change job during EP.

last year i didn't really do medical lol

ya, company now manyak busy lol..then friend intro his company..but looks like not too stable now..still thinking

now all private health insurance increase 20 to 30 percent. sien. salary also don't increase that much lol

I feel that you should at least have a singapore phone number so that your potential employer is more likely to call you for interview.

Everybody is saying that the job market is tough. Those at hardwarezone sg even mentioned that you need 6 months savings in order to goreng your boss. Anyway, i think it depends on what field are you in. Accounting field should be easy to find job in sg as long as you do not request for sky high salary. Your working experience in mys is not really valued here unless it is very industry specific. Most of my friends in accounting field, their first job in sg also not that good, most of the time kena bully by employers, such as OT nonstop, sign not favourable contracts (15 months bond) etc. So pray hard you dont meet this kind of employer

Here's what I done previously.

1) New company apply EP
2) Tender once it gets approved
3) Handover existing EP back to current employer and wait for 1-2 weeks for the new EP to deliver to your new employer once you start your new job
4) No need to do medical if your current EP is still valid
