QUOTE(kevin613 @ Mar 3 2016, 05:00 PM) QUOTE(knwong @ Mar 3 2016, 05:39 PM) Yes, you can. They don't have to be Singaporean or resident in Singapore even. why got contrast answer? lolI have been claiming that for many years. No problem at all i also think can coz in IRAS if those only for Sgporean they got specifically mentioned it. |

QUOTE(crazy25kid @ Mar 3 2016, 05:44 PM) wife working but less than 4ksgd maQUOTE(knwong @ Mar 3 2016, 05:52 PM) Confirm can. Yes, IRAS website didn't mention wife and children must be Singaporean to qualify for this relief. wow, even insurance can ah, mine is great eastern, not sure applicable or notI even call up IRAS many years back to confirm when filed this for the first time. FYI, you can also file relief for life insurance that you paid in M'sia. Provided your insurer has S'pore branch. But only LIFE insurance portion, so if you have medical plan that cover life, medical, and investment - please extract the LIFE part. Can get your Insurance Agent to help on this |

QUOTE(XiuKeong @ Jun 14 2016, 03:25 PM) Here's what I done previously. thanks bro, just clarify with the HR and similar to what u said1) New company apply EP 2) Tender once it gets approved 3) Handover existing EP back to current employer and wait for 1-2 weeks for the new EP to deliver to your new employer once you start your new job 4) No need to do medical if your current EP is still valid |
