KTM? Isn't this project and Capers much closer to both Sentul Timur and the Sentul LRT stations respectively?

If I was living in this project or any other projects within the Sentul East vicinity, I'd rather take the LRT than the KTM. I took the KTM a few times from KL Sentral to MidValley and the frequency is terrible. Even the latter KTM station exit only have one gate for TnG and it caused a long line of ppl to queue there just to tap and exit. Really inefficient.

Never understood why KTM can't even upgrade their facilities and improve the frequency of their trains to match both the LRT and MRT respectively at 4/5 mins per train instead of 10 - 17 mins.

One of the reasons is because the track is also used by ets and cargo trains.

hello new here, just gotten the keys to my subsales unit for a high floor 2 bed room 1386 or so Sq ft unit. would be great to know a few existing owners of the property! smile.gif
we were informed about the discount which is currently at 790k for 3Bed room units for block C facing swimming pool ( including 2 tandam parking + 2 year free maint) but we found block C a bit too noisy with window open when LRT goes over.

i got it for around 830k (+ 35k or so for legal fee, stamp duty etc) for 35th floor sky terrace. window is facing batu cave view. previous owner purchased x3 carpark (ground and 1st floor). Personally i enjoyed the property a lot as its quite spacious for just me and my partner. only complain is the ridiculously small wet kitchen

Guess got the size wrongly.
Is a 2+1 utility room.

Correct size and layout as below (this is the only available 2 bedroom unit here):

Probably the architect assumed occupants to eat out and not serious in cooking.

Many of the 'luxury' condos nowadays had the same kind of layout. i.e dutapark

Sometime value buy mean not exclusive, property this kind of thing the more expensive the more people want to own it..feeling of satisfaction, achievement and of course status.

The layout is quite ok already for the various sizes. Some has ensuite which is good.

The drawbacks that i can see is the lanai. Some r quite big (which eat up) ur sqft), some r too small that u cant fully utilize it (maybe just planter box).

For some unit that come with big foyer... may convert into storage area with cabinets. At least u can gate up the foyer

The big size 2 rooms unit is type c if not mistaken. Not the ideal unit as unit is sharing wall with the lift core.
