upper level balcony should be bigger right? for this unit the floor is small but look at that ceiling, it is wider so upper level should have bigger balcony floor.

i think buyers already know when they choose unit.

looks like a very good deal especially for buyers who targeted this location to stay, bonus is now can see the actual product compared to early birds who bought sight unseen. normally there would be a big premium for this. saved progress interest also, and now they are providing kitchen and wardrobe? doh.gif

700k++ sound like a good deal for around 1200sf high end condo, high floor with 2 car park and nice landscaping

it's still a high end building and environment within the perimeter. but rental have to follow area, and for now it's still work in progress.

the situation is like best house in a second rate area, old condo in bangsar would be worst house in a first rate area. it is known to the buyers that ytl is trying to improve the area but right now it's great for own stay.

For those who bought there’s nothing to do but focus on the positive aspects. Crying won’t help and waste time, they have to wait and if they make paper profit in future all the crying and stress earlier on wasn’t worth it. Not everyone is lucky especially buying multiple properties and each one appreciate at the rate they expected. Those who can get at 700k and the area works for them i would think it’s great.

usually own stay means years will pass and over time a property in an OK location should appreciate. past recessions have hit prices hard and those who sold materialized their losses, those own stayers who ignored and focused on building their lives, today they have good capital appreciation from those properties they did not sell. but location is important.
