U like the entrance? No doubt there are some lessons learnt incorporated into fennel from capers and other ytl condo but still my wish list for fennel.
what i really dislike so far.
1. corridor is always so dark. (dark theme)
2. tandem parking!!!! even saffron and maples dont have that.
3. main entrance.
4. guard house is lembab for ytl condo standard.
5. perimeter service road gets muddy during rain.
6. transparent bath room
7. bathroom window is very big opening. u probably have to close it when you are using it..
what i like so far
1. parking ramp. wide and the slope is gentle.
2. swimming pool
3. gym
4. lots of green like typical ytl condo.
