The layout is quite ok already for the various sizes.  Some has ensuite which is good.

The drawbacks that i can see is the lanai. Some r quite big (which eat up) ur sqft), some r too small that u cant fully utilize it (maybe just planter box).

For some unit that come with big foyer... may convert into storage area with cabinets. At least u can gate up the foyer
The big size 2 rooms unit is type c if not mistaken. Not the ideal unit as unit is sharing wall with the lift core.

There will be no ending to questions like this. Pipu can also.question the quality of the screw used for the lift.

Suggest to do site visit to experience the quality of the lift installed. I can say the lifts r all working well, operating smoothly.in fact no noise even for the unit sharing wall with lift core.

its actually 1385sq ft as stated on my S&P. i also dk why the booklet states lesser. we did actually viewed a lot unit, the main issue i had was a lot of the 3 bed rooms one have very small living room. the 2 bedroom one is larger a lot. as only me and my partner staying, okok lah
