Just read back previous posts. Developer units still selling. And got a lelong unit selling as well.

No heard of any new phases launching soon around the vicinity. If got also is for commercial offices i suppose.

1800 is a good deal. Owner is subsidizing you staying at Fennel.
Unit priced at 770k example. Owner possible taking much higher loan due to rebate in placed. Plus maintenance fees some more. Probably 400 to 500 out of the 1800 is for paying the monthly maintenance fees + sinking fund. Wow. Makan pasir the owner end up like that.

Coz majority developer doing that now.
Used to be rewarding for developer to hold back certain number of units and only sell when completed at a much higher price.
But is no longer applicable in the market today. Coz demand is not there. Smart developer will repackage those units, increase S&P price, throw in extra car park, throw in extra furnishing so that early bird buyers not able to easily compute which deal is better.

Even PR1MA is doing the same thing by throwing in up to 30% discounts during the HOC period. Haha. tongue.gif
Go read the comment in those page. All early bird buyers rage now.

Attracted 9 bidders. Brand new virgin condition unit.
Sold at 720k. Hahaha. As expected, when price too cheap, will jump back up to above last month reserve price.
Why last month reserve price at 688k everyone still wait for price to drop more?
