Millions dollar properties but got millions dollars environment and facilities or not? Tell ppl got MSC status but providing the most expensive and slowest speed home broadband biggrin.gif Time Fibre 100Mbps only RM99/mth..how much YES charging for unlimited 100Mbps now?

All i wanted is to share the most accurate information for other forumers. Therefore i need highlight its biggest unit type. The original purchase price may not be exactly 500k.

What is wrong with the facilities? Which part of it does not fit the million dollar price tag? 2 huge gyms, 2 huge salt water pool, 1 acre green park, multiple sky terraces and function room.

For the pretty big and non shoe box built up size and paf, breaching 1million is no big deal.

I will still prefer d3veloper who gives right amount of facilites that are sustainable and easy to manage rather than giving overrkill facilities that ar3 impossible to manage and sustain
.one example is sauna. How many of the sauna room in condos that i have visited that r not working? So many.

we were comparing if YTL Sentul price appreciation is the envy of KV...…

even if the original price was 500k and later sold for 1.25mil especially bought pre-bull run and sold during bull run, the % on profit still not the best. Its commandable, original buyer made handsome profit, but for the timeline, its not extra-ordinary....and bear in mind, the unit probably sold with good ID and fixed features as well.

agree that at 1.25m, nothing to shout about compared to others super good buy.
I can testify the 1.25m unit is a bare unit not a full ID unit.

Do you think their facilities kids friendly? Got Jogging Track, Badminton Court, Basketball Court, Water Park with Water Jet, Spa Pool, Jacuzzi Pool, Barbeque Area, Rooftop Skydeck? All these dfficult to maintain it? Maintenance and cost cutting is different story..

Big build up does it mean their layout practical and family oriented? Sauna difficult to maintain and sustain? Have you heard about infrared sauna? Today if you are 5 Stars Hotel can you tell your customer because of Spa/Sauna difficult to maintain and sustain so don't have it? Can...just remove 1 Stars from your hotel first..You can do what others can't do then you only jutisfy that level..do what others can do then you are ordinary..

Maybe he can't get what exactly we are talking about..When you free maybe can go to visit their retails shop below d6 and d7, especially d6...some units let it bare from vp up til today, do nothing thumbup.gif and you ca ask the workers from d6&7 usually where they have lunch and why whistling.gif

Cheap doesn't mean ppl will buy..Today, if a Datin look for a condo for retired, will they consider here? If want to buy groceries no Jaya Grocer, Villege Grocer or BIG here..Pets food no Pets Wonderland..F&B, Japanese dining or want to buy wine also nothing here..Thai Odyssey, Healthland or Reflexology centre? Hair Salon, Nail Salon, Nail Spa, Weigh Management, Beauty & Skincare, Aesthetic Dermatology Centre? How about Wellness Centre, Pharmacy, Dental Surgery? If her grandchild stay nearby want to bring them attend Creative Class, Learning Centre, Preschool, Dance Academy, Child Specialist Clinics also nothing here, have to go KLCC, Mont Kiara, Hartamas, Acardia, might as well buy a unit there instead of Sentul..Can attract ppl from other place to come, they like they feel convenient, want to fail also difficult
