I am thinking of jumping ship to PM roles or managerial roles (not looking only in terms of salary), which seems to be quite hard for the time being. I guess need to endure for now and send our more resumes.

you can only go that far as an IT business analyst, next step should be PM role but usually it will be a junior PM role since you do not have any prior experience as a PM unless you are able to convince the interviewer the work that you did in the past is somehow related to PM work.

For nurses working in private hospitals, with 3-4 years of experience, how much would the salary be like?

Hi all, wanna ask how to you answer when employer asking you to provide the minimum salary to go since you already stated the expected salary on the job application form? Means we need to give discount for them?

They just want to know if there's room to lowball you.

Just give them the minimum as the same amount as your expected.

My opinion is vary to different person. If they have a lot of commitment during their early years also not enough money and underpaid.
But for me based on your age and experiences, I think you are above pay level.

Congrats to get that much salary around 20s.

Seem like you are the same late bloomer like me as well. But if possible to try to look for better opportunity and push your salary up asap. Time waits for nobody and I am on the losing side as well.

Suggest you try to get some certifications as well to make your value go higher. thumbup.gif
