Recently received 1 offer from local bank, 30% increment and also get to promoted to manager level. Not like i am not happy working in current company, but I have came to stage where i am planning to buy house and build my own family hence money is one of my biggest concern at the moment.

However career advancement wise i believe current employer is much better and well organised.

How? i am in a dilemma of deciding to leave or to stay. Please advise.

i can say im totally new in the industry where im in right now, previously my working exp is not related in this field. but 2.3 seems abit low to a people who hav 2 years exp and aged 23..

Not sure about bonus yet, another 1 months to go to pass the probation period. Multitask a lot, getting on board cause my previous experience with my startup (handle all about digital marketing).
