Please move on. I believe you can get alot higher in KL. you got almost 7 years of experience. What's stopping you from moving to another level?

I not sure what exactly the pay range for inhouse graphic designer at Johor but with 7 years + of experience, definitely can get better pay.
6 working days per week and with 1.6k salary ..

dang, TCB still pays 3.2k to the joiners? Same rate like 5 years ago..

a little surprised, but understandable as the IB bonus got cut like crazy the last 3 years. From 24 months to 12 then now 3-6 on average...

Not sure about bonus yet, another 1 months to go to pass the probation period. Multitask a lot, getting on board cause my previous experience with my startup (handle all about digital marketing). I am actually posting a realistic number for my hardworking full time driver. Lazy driver earn less.

It's a job that gives u an income when you have nothing else you can do or in the interim period while looking for the next job.
