For those peoples take LRT from Glenmarie LRT station, they need to reach there by 8AM or 8:10AM. After this hour, the parking at LRT Glenmarie station will be full and they need to drive to the nearest station at ARA Damansara.

Hi I stay in Setia Alam. The jam is very bad in the morning during weekdays. Normally took me 1 hour from Setia Alam to PJ. I start my journey at 6.40am in the morning. In the evening, the jam is worse. It normally took me 1.15 to 1.30 hours from PJ back to Setia Alam. Crazy! No improvement with the jam now, but situation get worse because a lot of new houses completed in North setia alam and this is get lagi worse once Eco Ardence is VP.

that sounds like the setia alam i know or probably it depends which part of setia you're staying? Is there no other highway you can use other than the likes of NKVE? one of my acquaintance just told me her son bought a landed property in setia, about 5-10min drive to SC Mall. it's popular, a lot of people are moving/ buying property there.

Actually setia alam is nice place to stay if you work in Klang or setia alam itself. For most people where office in PJ or even KL, it's a daily nightmare and this will only get worse because no improvement plan yet from developer.

Everywhere is a nice place to stay if you sleep shit eat and work at same place.

LRT 3 is coming to Jalan Meru so i guess this will further boom up the price of Setia Alam?

It's a 17 minutes drive to the Pasar Besar Klang station at Jalan Meru, I seriously doubt there will be any bearing on the price of Setia Alam with LRT3's construction.

Setia Alaman on the other hand will be launched soon, expect the price of Setia Alam to be further depressed by this new development.

Yes, expect the traffic jam to get worse. There are at least a few more thousand units pending to be delivered at north of Setia Alam even before accounting for the unit yet to be launched by PKNS and a further tens of thousand of units under construction by Sime Darby at Bukit Raja
