If what you mean is higher occupancy of those shop lots at Setia Taipan. Then yes, the occupancy is higher now than two years ago.

Other than occupancy factor, wait for the link road to Persiaran Mokhtar Dahari open then we only know what will happen. At this moment Setia Alam North is progressing slow and perhaps in struggling stage. I see few restaurants have been closed down also this month.

Public Bank has open the branch at Setia Prima area so we only can hope foe other international banks.

Based on my cursory observation on new year's day, it was rather empty, but a few shoplots are undergoing major renovation. There's even a new apartment block being planned for construction.

Golden Land and Henry Butcher seem to be very bullish on the prospect of the upcoming Serviced Apartments, most investors, including a "prominent" property "guru" like Abe Nazz aren't as sanguine. What's your take bro?

I cant remember the figures now but i can remember they did advertise these shoplots on the hoarding citing fairly low entry price, definitely underr 100k for ground flr retails.....

And when the shop lots were completed, was told they hve problem getting ccc, therefore the entire shop lots were vacant like a ghost shops for quite a while when SA taipan started to vped and gained some momentum.

Golden land = anggun?????
More shop lots and two lone apartment blocks.....the impact wont be that great.....if any.

There will always be new homes being launched...cant worry too much.

Setia alaman is not shah alam but klang address and it will be more expensive.

Starter home is cheapest setia launched n it wont repeat again.
