I see USJ taipan will flourish faster....but they need the apartments to fill up fast fast........maybe we see the height of Setia Alam already...... hmm.gif

KK is not new lah.....their first launch under Gamuda was in 1996......

SA only launched in 2004.

If KK address is starting with Uxx/xx...then there is no restriction on cinema.

hello......SA was passed down to Shah Alam before Shah Alam became a city lah....like in the 80's, not when TanSri wanted to develop the land then applied to become shah alam.

I was told the U was created to attract more multi racial mixes into Shah Alam. Also unless its close promixity to the sultan palace....other areas has no pork or entertainment restriction. if KK can have pub....why cinema is more sinful than pub?

But somehow 4ekor is prohibited.

But must acknowledge that Setia Alam cinema is situated into a special zone called International Business Zone.....maybe that is the different.

Even Bukit Jelutong ada cinema whoa......

Setia alam is like dpc but for the middle class....

There simply no other new townships built in the last 10years that can match setia alam amenities and commercial offering, and consists of mainly affortable mid income landed homes.

The last one was kota damansara/mutiara damansara 20 yrs ago. You can throw in kota kemuning as well.

no...this is BTS (build then sell)...similar models to what has been practising in overseas countries.
but you need to sign the SpA now, hence for those want to get loan...you also need to get your loan approved before signing SPA...(bcos once SPA is signed, you will be subjected to 1% penalty if you wish to cancel).

During construction, developer wont claim any money from you or your bank, hence no interest is accrued to you during construction period.

but that doesn't mean its not a form of DIBS. Developer might have included the interest portion in the selling price...so just by name and by procedures different only.

there is no foul smell in Setia Alam.......except haze which affect the whole of klang valley when it happens.....
