SP Setia charged me rm600 for 6 months, so its rm100/month.

Rightfully it should just be called guarding fee.

if for me i will not give, the guard is useless

so u prefer to live in landed without guarded...? once u dont pay... the rest will not pay... and the whole F&G concept collapsed... lol

I think RM100 for F&G is abit pricey. The place that I stay now in Setia Alam is just RM50. What are they going to do with this RM100..... hire more guard? Perimeter CCTV system?

Depends on number of units in the taman, some very low density then resident will have to pay more. RM50 is very good deal now as my taman in setia alam is paying RM75 per month.
