Probably 1.25mil. The last row is good as facing lake but also cementery in sight. Surprise the launch never come along with 3 storey linked house this time.

I think the last row is same with the current one Diantha. This is the row that I was talking about. As per sms that they send to me:

In the future the view will be blocked by another phase of homes in P17, no?

Last row is still Diantha, with full view of lake & cemetery on the hill.

But in masterplan, there will be future phase of terrace houses in P17 to block the view?

I am not sure it will be blocked or not. If blocked then this row will be selling like hot cake.

Should be Diantha. Sp Setia already mentioned it is the last launch of 3 storey cluster semi-d in P11.

i think SP already start the piling work for Diantha since August. I saw they already move the piling machine to last row (near to lake)

Unfortunately, the houses in P17 can't block the unpleasant view.

The only hope is the trees to grow tall. But the cementery is quite high one not sure trees can cover or not. If the buyers not pantang then it is good location as this row is facing nice wetland. No place else other than this location having lake view.

the road from jalan meru at back of precinct 17 had open, just now i go site survey, drive along towards meru there..the cemetery view really quite scary.

I don't think any can block the view. this is 3 storey leh....

The Wetland Lake location is on lower ground and that is where the water flow into; I feel we can't see the cemetery view unless we stand on roof top. If someone stands at the balcony, I think he is not tall enough to see the opposite view.

It is more than obvious to see the cementery actually. I "visited" to my unit at Edulis and I can see half cementery from my balcony. The bottom section has been blocked by tree instead.

LOL. but I dont mind as it is quite far and I believe those trees infront if my house besides the small lake will cover it when grow tall. Not really pantang it.

next time only 2-storey?

Dont forgot in future masterplan shown that cluster houses will build up at the opposite area of last row edulis. So it can be covered too. But it will might take a very long journey to wait opposite house built completely.
