Btw how is Emersus (18x65) launched last week? as good as Villosa?

Not so popular compared to 20x65.

i think width 20 is quite minimal benchmark for most of the buyers... now i staying in a 22 width... i feel quite relax to park two cars inside without alot of adjustments....

18ft width susah 2 park 2 sedan cars side by side n nowadays many families have 2 biji min so y still launch such kicikmeow dsl? Maximize no. Of units?😖

Make it min 20ft width la easier 2 park 2 cars side by side d length can go shorter 60ft 2 bring down d price

May be 18x65 got better sqf than 20x60. But the main view is small. 65 feet also feel short already, Imaging kitchen and living room so close.

Plenty of land here la no need 2 b like hk. It depends on d developers 2 find creative ways 2 bring down price 2 boost sales like giving cheaper furnishings n materials, lower ceiling etc

honestly think this wont help. You need to travel far apart to enter DASH highway which its probably gonna be completed in N years to come...
have to say the developer has failed to consider the growth in traffic flow (or should I say beyond their expectation) and making curvy roads after the toll exit (with new development entering from the curve) enhanced the congestion problem

targeted completion for DASH is 2020.... i think those newer setia alam DSL at setia alam northern side also completion almost at the same time right? from setia alam north to DASH is less than 10 mins travel, if there is really a new path to there, it might really helps... the key word would be the new access way to DASH.... without that... the kampung roads cant help much....
