Guys, recently went to setia alam welcome center and saw there is a new launch of 20x65 double storey @ precinct 17. i went to the site and saw cemetery land behind there, quite large though.

also, there are some factory besides the main road, i think is top glove factory. rumors saying that sometimes the factory release some airborne toxic during night time, is that true?

initially i went to site see and tot only 1 small cemetery hill but manatau after place booking, went again site visit, further in..
there are huge area of cemetery, heard there will be extension of the cemetery in future.

as for the toxic emisssion, i have asked 1 of my fren who worked in top glove. her feedback was usually there will be some party clean and dispose the toxic.
however, sometime they just tuang in the drainage during night. should expect some airborne as well.

i have also asked 1 of the staff in sp setia, they have not received any complaint regarding this so far.

so i guess i might just ignore it first, not sure how true regarding above.

anyway that's feedback from other ppl..no evidence though

My in law house is at setia alam as well but so far didn't notice there are smell during night, maybe i seldom go out during night when i was there.

if that's the case, then it would be very serious air pollution which caused bad cough easily.

but i did some search around and found that eventually there are not much ppl complaint about the air quality in SA. how is that so?

went to welcome center again today..heard the sales person said if existing setia alam buyer / owner introduced anyone to buy property on 18 x 65 like emersus,will get 2% commission. LOL

Lately I saw a lot of the post in fb or xhs regarding this 3 storey villa garden home or something. is this what you guys are talking about?
they mentioning the price starting from 970k for that.

is this where the build will be located exactly? between tuai and hana?

omg, that's really near the steel factories.
no wonder the price so attracting.
