18ft width susah 2 park 2 sedan cars side by side n nowadays many families have 2 biji min so y still launch such kicikmeow dsl? Maximize no. Of units?😖

Plenty of land here la no need 2 b like hk. It depends on d developers 2 find creative ways 2 bring down price 2 boost sales like giving cheaper furnishings n materials, lower ceiling etc
