Hi Totally agreed. 2 Years ago, I can leave home at 7.00am, drop kid at school and yet still reach PJ at 8.00am to have breakfast, Last year, must leave home at least 6.50am to drop kid and reach office at 8.05am. Now, have to leave home at 6.40am drop kid and reach office at 8.10am.
Going back even worst, you must reach setia alam tol before 5pm if not, you will stuck from Setia Alam tol to first fly over (3km) for around 40 minutes to 1 hour for this 3km ride.

this location nearest to the cemetery and quite far inside from the setia alam main town.... use it to build landed starter home with freehold and setia alam address is actually a good strategy from them.... the land is quite big... but the houses they offer ranges from 18x65 to 20x65
