QUOTE(chopstick88 @ Feb 9 2017, 05:21 AM) Sooner later will be worse after occupancy of SA north. I heard news from one of the SA staff, SA is going to have lrt station. But don't know how many years la. got any news to substantiate ah? i see lrt3 already confirmed liao. Maybe future extension? but usually they will plan it together just like how mrt has it. i und that LRT3 is running on razor thin budget n margins n surely no money to extend. |

Even the old map in the police station also showing LRT station. Unfortunately it could be the another line linked between Sungai Buluh, Kampung Subang,...........Puncak Alam, Setia Alam and destined at Klang Sentral. |

SA was once in one of the three proposed LRT3 routes but eventually Prasarana proceeds with the one that does not include SA.Because of this, don't think there would be any RAIL transport to SA before 2024. |

QUOTE(kswong77 @ Feb 9 2017, 12:43 PM) Not too bad loh... is very good to have a shelter over the head now. Those day u bought it so cheap compare to those buy 2day. (hahaha). True is all depends on individual budget and needs. Of course those had budget will go for bigger units and those has small family 18 x 65 just nice. I saw b4 even small apartment less than 900 sq ft, very well deco, whereas i also saw a few Semi D the whole house like warehouse...FULL of things...go inside the house can get lost....(hahaha)... all about how it fit your wallet and all depends on needsLike my rich uncle, stay in huge bungalow those day, now stay in condominium less than 1300 sq ft as all children's immigrated. Need more time and works if you stay in a bigger units and more things to maintain. |

Friends, those stuck on these traffic jam hours, mostly are parents need to send theirs children to school or preschool and go work. If they got choice i think most will avoid the jam hours. If this is true, then is confirm SA will get a LRT at north side. This is also what Edusentral Setia Alam (In the SA masterplan is under SEGI international school) keep promoting, there will be a LRT nearby....http://hckgroup.my/News.aspx?Id=12224This question is still remain .... how nearby is the LRT? Edusentral 1st phrase will be ready by 2018. LRT 3 expected to be completed by 2020 or more (as now the project is pending due to funding problem) |

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Feb 9 2017, 10:53 AM) tight footprint. 18' wide after staircase space...you left with 14' or narrower footprint for your lounge and part of your kitchen. same with 1st floor. Car parking no problem for row facing grass field.also 18' cant fit 2 cars side by side and most households these days have 2 cars or more. these days not like 20 or 30 years ago where cars are luxury items for this group of homeowners. |
