I got to know Eco Ardence has a road connection to Alam Budiman but no sure is open to public or only for the Eco Ardence community.

Its public.
Bcos eco ardence only fenced up their individual housing precincts....and there are many more commercial low cost and mid cost apartments within eco ardence.

I didnt know alam budiman is on the other side of setia alam.

What has alam budiman got to do with eco ardence??? They will build a dedicated flyover to bypass toll and setia alam and go direct to alam budiman?

it is two different place, impossible to make a flyover like that between them, if u check the map, u will know what i mean..

No lah, it is not alam budiman. They will have connection to cahaya alam.

seems extremely pricey. see setia alam commies not very alive. dont think rent or demand is high..
